The Brief
Katie believes that the key to creating a clients dream home is getting to know the client first. Each client has different needs and requirements. As a company, we ensure that the finished aesthetic reflects the client’s aspirations and personality. Once the brief has been collated, a design proposal is prepared. This outlines the stages of works, estimated budget and our associated design fee.
Interior Architecture
With careful consideration, Katie and her team create 2D plans which provide the foundations of the design process. This includes space planning, lighting, joinery and bathroom design.
FF&E Design
Once the spatial planning is finalized, Katie will carefully consider the furniture, finishes and fabric schemes. This will include a selection of off the shelf pieces, bespoke items, key lighting elements, soft furnishings and artwork. The client will then be provided with a detailed price breakdown which will be reviewed prior to orders being placed.
Procurement & Installation
When the design package has been agreed, Katie and the team will arrange a full delivery schedule between the suppliers and main contractors. Working closely between site and supplier logistics, Katie will cater for all items to be delivered and installed. Attention to detail is something that we strive for ensuring that every item is of the highest of standards. All snagging will be address providing a luxury turnkey service.
Styling
Katie and her team offer a full turnkey styling package to add the final touches to a project. This can range from decorative items on a joinery piece to styling a coffee table bringing the whole scheme together.
